Lauren plays a key role within our team, overseeing client communications, regular site inspections, pre-sale packs, and day-to-day property management responsibilities. Her proactive and organised approach helps ensure that properties are well maintained, client needs are met, and any issues are addressed promptly.
Wiktoria Jonca (Property Manager)
Wiktoria plays a key role within our team, overseeing client communications, handling residents’ enquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations. Her keen attention to detail helps ensure a high standard of service for residents and the effective upkeep of our properties.
Ellie Chernick (Property Manager, Part-Time)
Ellie is an important member of our team, managing client communications, residents’ enquiries, site inspections, and day-to-day operations. Her proactive and detail-oriented approach helps ensure excellent service for residents and well-maintained properties.
Caitlyn Robinson (Property Administrator)
Caitlyn supports Lauren and the wider team with the day-to-day management of properties, assisting with residents’ enquiries, maintenance requests and general administration to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Dania Al-Aawad (Health, Safety, and Property Manager)
Dania oversees risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and property inspections across the portfolio. With a strong emphasis on safety, governance, and best practice, she ensures all sites are effectively managed, fully compliant, and provide a safe environment for residents and visitors. She also supports matters relating to the First-tier Tribunal.
Nameera Ahmed (Accounts Administrator)
Nameera supports the team with accounting, financial administration, and day-to-day operations, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Daniel Kingsley (Property & Accounting Administrator)
Daniel supports property management and financial administration by maintaining records and assisting with budgeting to keep operations running smoothly.
Olivia Buckner (Office Administration & Health & Safety)

Laura is the Personal Assistant to Martin Kingsley, providing administrative and organisational support, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and assisting with the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Sacha Kingsley (Lettings Manager)
Sacha is a big part of making sure our clients and residents have their high expectations met, helping to liaise with tenants, and taking care of the appropriate paperwork relevant to the role.
