Lauren entailing responsibilities such as maintaining client communication, conducting regular site inspections, preparing pre-sale packs, and overseeing various day-to-day operations. The consistent site inspections play a crucial role in upholding our quality standards and promptly addressing any emerging concerns, ensuring the well-maintenance of properties under our care.
Deborah Joani (Accounts Administrator)
Deborah, our accounts administrator at K&M, is another vital member of the team, handling accounting duties and overseeing seamless operations within the company while also handling property management.
Radana Das (Property Manager)
Radana uses her background as an estate agent to excel in her role at K&M, she actively engages in client communication, conducts routine site inspections, and oversees various day-to-day operations.
Sanjana Dehar (Property and Accounting Administrator)
