It’s hard to say how quickly you’ll find tenants, as this depends on the competitiveness of the property (including its location, pricing, and market conditions). It can take as short a time as a few weeks, or occasionally much longer. However, we strive to ensure that only suitable tenants are recommended.
How long does it take for us to respond to queries?
We aim to respond quickly to queries from clients, tenants, and prospective clients. Most our response times are within the hour if not sooner We’re readily available via phone and email as well as able to meet in person when necessary.
What is included in the service charge?
Regular maintenance of systems and facilities is included in the service charge, as well as maintenance of the communal parts of every development. We carefully monitor all suppliers to ensure value for money.
Can we help with buildings insurance?
We can put clients in touch with one of our dedicated insurance brokers on request, helping to find the right level of cover for their property or development. Although insurance premiums are generally increasing, we can usually find competitive rates for our clients.
