Hiring contractors

At the request of our clients, we can appoint the right people to help keep the property in the best shape. This includes hiring trusted contractors from outside of the organisation and ensuring everyday tasks like building cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning are well-maintained.

Our services also include appointing qualified contractors to take care of repairs throughout the property, including regular upkeep of the premises, plumbing, and electrical systems as well as responding to unexpected problems that occur as a result of damage and wear and tear.

The key services our contractors provide include:

• Landscaping and gardening – from cutting the grass to sweeping and maintaining communal gardens
• Maintenance of lighting and heating equipment of communal internal areas
